The swan inspired, feathered bathroom, is located as the shared bath for the King, Queen and bunkbed rooms on the left side of the second floor. Adjoining the back part of the second floor, is the black and white wallpapered media room with a flat screen tv and futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Lastly, is the back Queen bedroom with a separate full bath and back stairwell. All bedrooms have televisions, excluding the bunkbed room.

Three large flat-screen TV’s are tastefully installed in the living room, all bedrooms excluding the bunk bed room, internet, cellular service, and high speed wifi throughout the house. Gas heat throughout the house ensures that you’ll stay toasty warm during the colder months. During the summer months, the main and second floors remain cool with the wood floors and central air. There’s a full size washer & dryer located in the mudroom. Out back, you'll find a patio with table, chairs, and gas grill for summer meals.

The house was purposefully designed for weekly, monthly and longer term rentals. We do want to accommodate weekend rentals if we can fit them into the schedule, but for 2- and 3-day weekend booking requests, we wait to book till no further out than 2-3 weeks before arrival. Note that for stays less than 31 days, Massachusetts charges a ro
The house was purposefully designed for weekly, monthly and longer term rentals. We do want to accommodate weekend rentals if we can fit them into the schedule, but for 2- and 3-day weekend booking requests, we wait to book till no further out than 2-3 weeks before arrival. Note that for stays less than 31 days, Massachusetts charges a room occupancy excise tax of 5.7% and Great Barrington adds another 6%, for a total tax of 11.7%. AirBnb and VRBO collect that for stays less than 31 days. The bright side is, stay 31 days and there's no tax, you save 11.7%! And in addition, we offer a 5% discount for weekly stays or more. Out of season, we offer a 10% discount for monthly stays.
